MULTIPROTOCOL SUPPORT
Using the tsNet external with LiveCode provides you with support for HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, POP3, POP3S, IMAP, IMAPS, SMTP and SMTPS.
ASYNCHRONOUS TRANSFERS
tsNet extends support for asynchronous transfers that have been traditionally only available to LiveCode users by using the “load url” command or when transferring files via FTP. It provides asynchronous functions for all supported protocols and transfer methods.

By offloading all data transfers to a separate CPU thread, tsNet frees up the LiveCode engine to handle other messages. This results in a more responsive experience for your application’s user interface.
